Our first Rick Steves tour; not our last! We have watched Rick’s shows for years on PBS and have used the tour books in non-guided tours of Europe, but have always dreamed of a guided tour to our Irish roots. We flew into Shannon one day before our trip departure which allowed us to enjoy the mist rising from the fields during our bus ride from the airport to the Old Ground Hotel. Following Uncle Rick’s advice, a quick walking tour got our hearts pumping and our cameras clicking in beautiful old town Ennis. What jetlag?
